Vacation Rental STR's - year-round cashflowing markets

I'm interested in knowing what US markets have year-round occupancy in Vacation rental markets?  Anybody have some good advice on places that draw travelers all 12 months, yet aren't cost prohibitive to buy in?  We just don't want to enter a market that will get low bookings certain times of the year.  That could sink our ship.
