New investor looking for a niche (not new to RE tho)
I am so excited to finally pursue my dream of real estate investing vs. working in a job.
Step one- went back to college and got my MBA in Finance (Dream #1--CHECK!)
I have past experience in commercial property MGMT and leasing and commercial and multifamily rehab but nothing recent.
Now I'm looking for my niche-- where should I focus on getting started?
Any tips to get me out of this "Analysis Paralysis"?
