Resources for finding land contracts

Can't seem to find a forum category specific to buying/selling via land contracts, but I'm new to RE and this is a pretty basic question, so I guess it can belong here.

What resources do you use to keep up on what is selling? What resources (websites?, mls?, etc) have you found to be the most successful in giving accurate and up to date information? I basically am looking to learn how to find and research this type of deal.
