Hello, I’m new to this forum and looking for recommendations on what cities/states outside of California to invest in. I’m interested in Lehigh PA, as well as Texas, and possibly Nevada. Would appreciate some honest advice. Starting small, but looking for sustainability and long term investments. Already looking into Indiana.
