Fixing and Flipping Partnership

I am new to the fixing and Flipping of houses bussiness, so I have decided to partner with someone who does it . These are the terms of the contract and I gladly welcome your input.

20k 15% return equal 23k

35k 15% return equal 42500

47k 50% of all profits plus 47k plus estimated 20k or any profits earned.
