Advice on LLC formation in MD

Hello All,

Long time reader, first time poster. Getting ready to form an LLC in Maryland for BRRRR'ing. Thought I'd do it right by using an attorney and they wanted to charge me ~$5k to file Articles of Organization and create Operating Agreement. (!) So now looking into LegalZoom, Northwest, etc. Any recent advice using these companies? Have any others I should consider? Anyone been on llcuniversity where it seems quite easy to do on my own?

Also, have an appt with CPA to discuss LLC, any general advice for this meeting?
