seeking rehab contractor and property manager in 44120 ohio

Hi, Everyone,

I am seriously considering buying a property in the 44120 area of Ohio. Taxes are a bit steep. The house needs a general rehab, and though I haven't inspected it yet (with a property inspector), I would like to have a rehab expert do over floors with tile, and put in a modern kitchen and bath. It might need electrical updating. I don't know. Does anyone have a trusted property rehab expert and inspector and manager. Has anyone worked with the Holton Wise group, which I think is tied in with the Australian guy Engelo Rumora?

I'd be grateful for any input.
