Hi everybody out there

I’m Jim I live in ct I’ve been in the rental business for a while and as painful as it may be sometimes I keep pushing through but now I feel as if it’s my time to jump In to a full-time house flipping business with my son. I’ve been in construction a long time I have all the tools and experience to take on some projects that might scare some people.

I was wondering if anyone has some good ideas . thanks for any your input I appreciate it
