Refinancing and buying

I'm new to the forum and to Bigger Pockets forum and maybe this has already been asked but couldn't find. But I was wondering if its possible to refinance my house and cash out to buy another house and fix that one up and then sell it? And use the profits to pay back the original loan from my first house that I got and keep the profits? And after awhile do it all over again.
