Getting Started Wholesaling in Ky

I am just getting started as a wholesaler in the Lexington Ky area. Does anyone know of any current REIA meetups or Clubs around here? The only thing I can find is from 2 years ago.

Any advice on how to get started in this area with little to no cash would be much appreciated!
