Rehabbing a multi family advice

Hi all, hubby and i recently bought a tripkex witg exiting tenants. But our Inspector didnt di a thourough hib. Needkess to say, after 3 months in, all sorts of issues arose. Right now 2 units are empty. We need to repair structural stuff, plumbing, as well as update kitchen, flooring and bathrooms to the tune of 20k for just first unit. Question is: is it worth the investment since current rent is $750 and after rehab, we will ask $1150 after rehab per unit? Any and all advie is appreciated.
