CPA vs Attorney to start LLC and S corp.
I currently have one rental property and also work as a 1099 contractor. I would like to create an LLC for the property and also probably an s corp for my contractor position. I would like to then acquire additional properties in the future. Is it better to work with a CPA, attorney or both?
