Looking to invest in MD but don't know where to start. Any help?
I have a reasonable cash and am looking to invest in real estate in Maryland, but I don't know where to start and how to find good deals. I would appreciate your advice.

Define what your goals are, then target the areas that fit those goals. If for instance you want higher cash flow and you are willing to take on higher risk, look to Baltimore. If you are very risk averse, then Montgomery County or Howard County might be more appropriate. If you are looking to flip then PG county might be appropriate.
