First time mold remediation

Hello everyone,

My partner and I have extensive experience in construction and we recently signed a contract for a fix and flip project in Scottsdale, Arizona. The home has a mold problem. There are a few areas where the drywall obviously needs to be replaced, but I understand there are live mold spores everywhere that are not visible. I was hoping you guys could offer some advice on how to effectively kill all of the bacteria in a cost effective manner, or provide references to professionals you have worked in the past that worked for you. Bleach in a sprayer seems like a good plan of attack but I just wanted to see what you guys have in mind.

Thank you for your time!

@Steven Roux, not an utmost mold expert here, but:

1. Find a source of mold problem

2. Open all the walls water got into, on the path of the water

3. Some dehumidifiers / some ozone generators - make sure its really dry

4. Zinsser interior killing mold paint

What you can also do is to get some local mold remediation contractors to come & tell you what would they do .... Get them to give an estimate, explain the process and what not .... Pay them for their time ...  Good luck.
