How to calculator equity loan rate into rental calculator

New investor beginning on pursuing first rental property. I have been analyzing deals using the rental calculator but now that I have been approved for an equity loan I found myself questioning where do I figure into account the equity loan rate into my calculations? I would be using the equity loan for the 15-20% down to purchase the property. In the calculator I put in the down percentage but I believe that would be using cash and not taking into account the loan rate.

Thanks in advance for any help here!

Jorge
