Cost Efficient Post Cards
Hey everyone. I'm just getting started on my marketing for deals, and trying to set up a cost and time efficient way to market to my list of 1,005 absentee owners. So far it looks as if the best price I can come up with for mailing one post card to my entire list is about $475, which comes out to about $.47 a post card. I have read an article about ordering through a print shop and using their mail permit (dropping the price per mailer to $0.12!), but the article is about saturating one particular neighborhood with post cards, whereas I am mailing to an absentee owners list with people all over the place. Have you guys ever heard of such an option to save money on postage but that allows you to mail to specific and widely dispersed addresses?
