Looking for Insurance Coverage in Texas

Hello,

I just acquired my first rental home from an uncle. I have deeded it to my LLC and need to get property and liability insurance, but I am being quoted very high rates for landlord insurance. I live in Dallas and the property is in Waco. Is there an agent in Texas that you recommend.

This is an older home that has a space heater in it. The space heater appears to be the main problem in the high quotes.

Thanks!
