How to find Probate leads

Hello! I would like to obtain a list of probate leads for my market in Philadelphia. Does this sort of list exist ? I have gone down to city hall and was told you can only look it up by individual. I plan to start looking in the paper, but i was wondering if there was a data base that existed? I recognize that list most likely won't be free. I have also thought of reaching out to probate lawyers, but was unsure of how to offer something of value back other than a referral. Thanks for any insight!
