Newbie looking to learn more and invest

Hi everyone! I have been fixing and flipping my own homes for 10 years now and have done pretty well on each. I am selling my most recent and would love to get into investing instead of me doing all of the work ( : have always purchased conventionally using my own cash and would love to transition into making multiple, smaller investments to generate more profit on a quicker timeline.

I would love tips and advice on where to start, what's a good company to invest with, how quick is the turnaround for profits, and anything else helpful you can give! Im a single mom of 3 so please forgive me if I don't respond immediately.
