Understanding Property Tax Information

Good evening!

Today we "drove for dollars", wrote down a few homes in the area in which we'd like to invest, and spent an hour looking through the county's property tax website. I'm confused as to a few different types of documents and deeds we've come across. Any help explaining these would be greatly appreciated!

1) Quit Claim Deed

QUIT CLAIM DEED - 09/05/1996
RELEASE - 02/05/1996
QUIT CLAIM DEED - 06/01/1993
MORTGAGE ASSIGN MTG - 11/20/1986
QUIT CLAIM DEED - 11/20/1986

2) Special Warranty Deed

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED - 12/06/2018
DEED - 11/14/2018
AMENDED LIS PENDENS FORECLOSURE - 12/01/2016

3) Release

RELEASE - 06/15/2015
MORTGAGE - 06/03/2015

Thanks, Rachel
