Hey BP.  I'm absolutely 100% ready to start the Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance strategy of property portfolio building.  I'm an Agent in the MD area.  Very familiar with the market, have contractors in place and liquid cash available.  I would like to work with reasonable hard money lender, and would prefer private lenders.  

I'm open to working with serious wholesales as well.  Would love to pay your fee for great property with potential.  My ideal criteria is as follows
