Looking for advice on buying my second house

I am just looking to get advice on purchasing a house, I have been doing research and figuring out where to buy and what will work best for a rental income, I have purchased a home already and have flipped and sold it for a profit, just wanted to see if theres anyone than can give advice or just have a convo about things I may need to worry about. I do live in canada as well in White rock BC. Thank you in advance
