Cash-Out Refi for BRRR
Hello,
I'm looking to cash-out refi one of my first rental homes. I'm wondering if anyone here has used Better.com for a refi and if so, how was the experience? I'm wondering if it is actually more convenient than going to the local bank. The property is stabilized and the value is more than double the mortgage, so it shouldn't be hard to get all of my cash out. Any other recommendations for refinancing sources appreciated. I'm in the Philly area.
