Getting Started in Jacksonville

Hi,

I am an investor looking to obtain properties in the Jacksonville area. I am aiming to add at least 5 single family homes to my portfolio by the end of this summer.  I am looking to find some great deals, work with contractors and inspectors, as well as find a property management company. 

I would greatly appreciate any help and tips that anyone may provide.
