Getting started in wholesale in Kansas city

Hi, i am a college student who has been researching real estate investing. Ive came across BP and it seems like a great tool for learning and networking. To start my Real Estate investing journey, i want to begin  with whole sale to build capital. I will have 50k saved up by graduation. Any advice on the first few steps to take ?
