Better to put 20-25% Down on an Investment Property or min?
Looking to purchase my first property which also is going to be a rental? Is it better to put min. down or 20-25% and save the rest for unexpected expenses?

Hey Ed, I would put down what you most feel comfortable doing. I'm actually in your situation as well but I will be trying to pay all 20% of the downpayment to avoid having to pay extra for P.M.I. insurance. Also, make sure you have some money in case anything goes wrong in your rental.
