Creative financing deals!?

Hello all,

I am just starting out as an investor and spend alot of time asking my self questions about things i dont understand and as apart of that speed bump ive been learning about creative financing deals and have a couple questions.. 1st being, do you need any capital for these kinds of deals ? Or is this possible for a newbie investor?
