New investor with a question about making and offer
Hello, if anyone could help clarify for me the steps to making my first offer on a property. Once I run the numbers on a property that I am interested in wholesaling do I contact the realtor that is selling the property and fax them my offer or do I try to reach out to the owner to make the offer? Should I have someone look at my offer first to make sure everything is lined up before presenting it? Thank you in advance for all who reply.
