Hello, I am a investor from California looking for investment properties in Florida. I began the research into areas throughout Florida that seem to have a good rental ratio with good growth. I was hoping to connect with some like minded investors in the area. We would love some insight on the local market from people that own and are currently purchasing long term rental properties.
