I finally got a deal done!!!!

Finally got my first deal done it was a estate sale just get got word back from the attorney here in Washington D.C. soooo excited to just see the process from beginning to end (from demo to tenant screening) this is a JV w/ experience investor it took me about 6 months to get one. Feel like this is really the tip of the iceberg. #needanotherone
