NEW Mississippi Gulf Coast Wholesaler/Investor

Hello everyone! My name is Angelique and I am a "soon to be" wholesaler on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. I say soon to be because I haven't actually made a deal yet. I've joined multiple groups on Facebook, and I plan to attend the next local REIA meeting. I've just been soaking up as much knowledge as possible. That is the main reason why I am here on Bigger Pockets. I'd love to connect, network, and hopefully build some great mutually beneficial relationships! I will be reading through already established posts, but would anyone mind dropping advice for a rookie?
