Im doing owner financing ill cover all payments for 10 years ok lets say he says me "ooh 130,000 works". But i have to make an inspection what do i do? Do i do the inspection before negociating a price or after ?

What if i do the inspection but he's not willing to give me a discount? Or what if he gives me a discount then i do the inspection and the seller doesnt want to sell the property anymore?

What would you do?
