How do you get funding to fund your first potential BRRRR?

Do you need good credit to get qualified?

How do you find funding to finance the Rehab?

Starting to do research and I’m trying to learn as much as I can while saving up to invest in real estate.

Anyone willing to show me the ropes would be appreciated!

Also if anyone is in the San Antonio/ Austin area and willing to have a chat over coffee let me know! I want to pick your brain.
