Hello to all, I have been researching, reading, and preparing for over a year now. Im done with the analysis paralysis, its time for ACTION. I am currently a resident in West Palm Beach Fl where I wholesale properties with a partner. I will also be investing in buy and hold properties in the Dallas Tx area (more of south Dallas area). I chose this area because I am originally from Texas, lived in the Dallas area for a little over a year and seen a lot of growth  and a lot more potential there. 

If any of my Texas folks or even other out of town investors want to give me some resources, people to contact, or advice. . . . Im open to listen and appreciate it!

Derek, thank you! I am actually originally from Texas, I lived in Dallas a little over a year and while I was there I would drive for dollars in different areas and seen for myself that there is definitely a lot of potential there. The metroplex is huge and growing everyday! You should check it out, get a feel for it, and decide after.
