Hello! My name is Aidan Ratliff and I'm a full-time student at Central Baptist College. I am majoring in Marketing and Spanish. I work part time for $10/hr and work 12 hrs a week on campus for my scholarship.

I have a friend who is big into real estate and has been considering it and researching it for years. A few weeks ago, we had dinner together because he wanted to discuss it with me and consider a future partnership. I was completely ignorant to anything involving real estate. He suggested the book "The ABC's of Real Estate" to me and ever since, I have been addicted.

I work part time at a car dealership and my technical job title is car detailer, but I rarely do that. The owner of the dealership began REI this past year and I basically work for him at his properties. We are currently in the middle of three flips and two rentals. I have learned so much from the labor side of this and I would love nothing more than to be able to get involved from the investor side.

I am considered unrealistic by my peers because they think being a millionaire by age 25 is crazy and retiring by 35 is even crazier. I am more than ambitious and at this point, I just want to learn everything I can.

I love meeting new people because I recognize that it isn't what you know, but it's who you know.

Thank you in advance :)
