An abondoned, building violation condemed house - Help!
My partner and I found an abandoned house on a slighly busy street, good area. We went there to notice it had a notice from the state saying its inhabitable, basically shut down. It had alot of fire damage to it as well as some strucural damage. I tried to contact the neighbors but no one was around but how do I go about getting into this. I was thinking of calling the Fire dept in the town to see about gettting it. Do anyone know on how to approach this? The potential if its a opportunity for a rehabber would be great but I would def would love how I could wholesale this thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
