Estimating CapEx, Maint. & Repair Budget
Is there a percentage rule of thumb that I should be applying to my property analysis to get a rough figure of yearly capex and maintenance expenditures? Obviously the size, age and condition of the home will change these figures significantly, but what should I use as a conservative baseline for these costs? Those are the two areas of analysis that I am least confident about and want to make sure they're properly accounted for.
