Typical Rate Range For Investment Property

Doing the numbers on our potential first deal. I've read everywhere that rates on investment properties are always higher than rates for a conventional primary residence. 

If current rates are around 4.28% for primary, what should I be looking at for investment? Considering 740+ credit score etc.

 I understand the daily fluctuating rate. Just trying to get an idea of what's normal. Was quoted 5.75%, which was admittedly higher then expected.
