First Time Investors: Buy & Hold Strategy!?
Hey Everyone,
My mother and I are currently looking to invest in our first real estate property. We are considering either a buy and hold, or a single family home flip for our first investment (however we aren't completely opposed to other options) and searching in our local state (RI/MA), specifically in the Bristol County area . Between the two of us we have $15-$30K of capital we are willing to utilize for our first endeavor. I was interested to see what some opinions on financing would be for this certain situation or if anyone else had a similar scenario when beginning their journey with real estate investing. Thanks, all feedback will be very helpful!
