Structural damage property

I’ve had a offer accepted on a house and upon inspection it was uncovered that there is structural damage, termites and the floors aren’t level.

As a newbie, I’m apprehensive about moving forward. Would any of you all pursue a property with these kinds of issues and if so, what steps did you take to ensure the property was a good investment?
