When can interest go up?
If i get a 30yr mortgage and i get 6.75% interest Will it be the same interest for 30 yr?
Or the interest can go up? Is there a way to make interest stay at 6.75% for 30 yr?

If you get a 30 yr fixed then yes. Same interested fixed for the entire time of the loan
