Massachusetts South Coast Contractor

Posted

We have started our first flip and for the most part a simple rehab.  We hired a contractor to do what we new would require a CSL, not that thrilled with them so far, which is what brought me here.  We planned to pull the permits ourselves to renovate the bathroom and kitchen, however, only after we paid for the permit the building department is requiring a CSL since we planned to remove sheetrock and the state of Massachusetts does not recognize us the homeowners since we have no intent to live there.  Looking for someone with a CSL to partner with on this project that would allow us to do most of the work.  We have done this type of work many times before and are capable.  Most of the work is already done, demo was done and rough ins are complete, but we do not want continue until we sort out the permit situation, we have sub contractors lined up and ready to go to hang sheetrock and finish electrical.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
