Local REI groups and other recommendations

Hi there, I'm new to REI and live in Houston, TX. I've been spending a lot of time listening to podcast, watching videos, listening to audiobook and reading books, forum, etc. Trying to gather as much information as I can. While trying to not to get stuck in "analysis paralysis". I'm trying build my network. I haven't been able to find too many local REI groups in my area(Houston). I've only found 2-3 groups using the Meetup app. I also have a few other questions

Can anyone recommend;

Attorney that specializes in REI?

CPA?

Property Mgmt company?

I'm out in Virginia, but I had a lot of luck by going to BiggerPockets > Network > Events.  You add in your zipcode and it will populate what other BiggerPockets members are hosting in your area.
