Hey everyone,

My name is Jared Mohamed and I’m looking into getting more involved in the business of Real Estate. I’ve been a part of a few deals as a project manager for my family as a way for side income. I’m now trying to be more involved in the business and looking to bring more deals to the table. I found an interesting property in my hometown area that I’ll be touring soon and I was looking for any advice/tips for what to look for, what to ask the owners, etc.
