was looking for advice about Investing and location. I am currently 17 saving for a multifamily property using an FHA loan I plan on house hacking it. just looking around (used loopnet) I found there is not that many multifamily properties around where i live, Plymouth MI, which is southeast Michigan. what I have found is there are some fourplexes in Detroit for cheap. Wondering what others have for advice on investing in Detroit and possibly any other opportunity in south east Michigan. Plymouth, Canton, Ypsilanti, Ann arbor, Garden city, Westland, Livonia etc. anything would be helpful
