Mobile Home Park Property Management

Hello BiggerPockets family! I am starting out in real estate investing. I am super excited to get started! I am looking at a mobile home park that currently has four mobile homes rented out. It's looking like it would be a good deal. How much should I set aside for property management fees? Do I need to set aside a certain amount per home for property management?
