Investing out of state

Hello

I’m a Realtor in Long Beach, CA and have an opportunity to work with some investors. They are currently investing in Michigan and would like some of my investors to join them with their out of state investments. My question is since I am unable to utilize my Realtor license out of state. What is a good way to be compensated for my services? Thank you for all the input. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!
