Hello BP,

Have you ever partnered with someone on a real estate investment? Have you ever been part of a long-term investing partnership? I would love learn from your experience!


What did you learn? Would you do anything differently? Would you avoid partnerships if you could do it over? How can partnerships succeed? Any answers (and reading recommendations) are appreciated!
