Flipping vs Brrrr For an Agent

Been researching on both recently and I plan on doing both, but if you’re a Realtor (Which I am) is it better to do flips because you get the commissions on both ends? Eventually I would like the passive income of multifamily but from a income standpoint I think flips might be the way to go, thoughts?
