Self employed looking for advice on loan

any advise,  I'm self employed, I'm in a pickle,I purchased a lake house and I remodeled it,its worth 350, I owe 165 on it and I'm having trouble getting a loan for it,my credit is 740, my other house is worth 625 and I owe 330 on it,problem is being self employed I only have 1 yr of strong income and my loan on lake house expires in august,I could sell it and make money but I wanna keep it...any advise
